- 1/2 Cup Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Cup Cooked ShrimpDirections:
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Wash off shrimp and place it in a small bowl mixed with honey.
- Dip honey shrimp into coconut and place on a baking sheet. (Spray sheet with cooking spray first)
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until coconut has browned.
