
breakfast: baked pecan cranberry sweet potato cassarole with a honey maple ginger yogurt! omg yummm. eating awesome food before this storm comes and I have to survive off PB and banana sandwiches, but hey, im not complaining!

My dinner: a bean bowl consisting of white kidney beans, a smidge of onions, tomatoes, avocado cubes, and a veggie burger. SO GOOD.

Oats mixed with pre-baked cinnamon apples and dried bananas. Topped with natural PB and a cup of hazelnut coffee on the side for breakfast this morning.

breakfast: 2 egg omelette with broccoli and parmesan asaigo cheese with roasted yukon potatoes and tomatoes on the side. Greek yogurt and berry bowl for some refreshment with ginger honey and fresh mint leaves!

My delicious salad:D
Lettuce from my garden, spinach, barley, shredded carrots, cucumbers, shredded zucchini, crumbled feta, cherries, sunflower kernels, and lemon basil chicken all topped with fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Lunch time! :D Tofu marinated in soy sauce and ginger then topped with some teriyaki sauce; green beans with roasted garlic olive oil, sea salt, and pepper; barley with gorgonzola cheese.
